Summary

Objectives
The MicLearn4Y project aims to enhance youth education by integrating microlearning strategies. It equips youth educators with innovative tools, addresses attention deficits, and provides evidence-based best practices. The project also emphasizes inclusive learning, ensuring accessibility for neurodiverse youth and strengthening educators’ digital competencies for modern educational needs.

Activities
Key activities include pilot testing microlearning modules, developing an advocacy toolkit and policy briefs, and conducting stakeholder workshops. The project will evaluate the effectiveness of microlearning through pre/post assessments, refine content based on feedback, and advocate for its adoption in youth education policies through policy roundtables and strategic dissemination.

Impact
The project will deliver a validated microlearning framework, an open-access training toolkit, and policy briefs supporting long-term adoption. It will produce a best practice handbook, a needs assessment report, and structured pilot programs ensuring practical implementation. Through its dissemination strategy, the project will promote scalable and sustainable impact across youth education sectors.
