Objectives
The partnership produced The Emotional Management Guide for Adult Training and a complementary teaching unit. The aim was to give adult trainers clear tools on emotional management, including active listening, emotional release, and group-work strategies. The project strengthened awareness of emotional issues in adult education, improved trainers’ competences, and built a base for long-term cooperation in this field.
Implementation
Three transnational meetings reviewed progress and evaluated work. Partners jointly wrote, translated, and published the guide and the teaching unit. Each country organised on-site conferences for stakeholders to support dissemination. Online cooperation expanded knowledge-sharing and strengthened the professional skills of staff in emotional management, ICT use, and language competence.
Results
The project delivered the guide (in Icelandic and Spanish), the teaching unit (in English and Turkish), and a summary video of dissemination events. Trainers improved their confidence and ability to apply emotional management in non-formal adult education. Partner organisations enhanced daily practice and built a transnational network for future cooperation. Dissemination encouraged decision-makers to consider emotional issues in adult education and contributed to stronger, more inclusive learning environments.
