Objectives
The project supports young people in Samsun and nearby provinces by improving their skills and helping them experience a new culture. Priority goes to disadvantaged youth who have limited opportunities to encounter different traditions, languages, or countries. The project increases their European awareness and enables them to apply the knowledge gained through volunteering to all areas of life, serving as a model for other young people.

Implementation
Young people are informed about EVS opportunities and supported in a long-term volunteering placement in a Portuguese NGO. Activities focus on non-formal learning, cultural exposure, community engagement, and personal development. Volunteers participate in daily tasks, intercultural activities, and structured learning processes aligned with the principles of European Voluntary Service.

Results
Participants strengthen their social integration, employability, and collaboration skills. They develop intercultural awareness and gain confidence through long-term international experience. The project supports local community development and encourages the sharing of good practices, helping partners build new cooperation opportunities at the European level.
